This policy explains how refunds work for Oracle Engine's paid plans. Please read it before purchasing. By completing a payment, you confirm you've read and agreed to the terms below.
We want you to be genuinely happy with Oracle. If the product isn't what you expected or doesn't work as described, we'll refund you under the terms below. No dark patterns. No hidden clauses. Every request is read by a human.
1 · What we sell
Oracle Engine sells digital access to computational astrology readings, deep chart analysis, and AI-narrated interpretations. These are digital services delivered instantly upon payment — there are no physical goods shipped.
2 · When refunds are available
You're eligible for a full refund if all three apply:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase
- Your reason falls into one of the valid categories below
- You contact us from the email address registered with your account
3 · Valid refund reasons

| Incorrect charge | Charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged a different amount than displayed. |
| Accidental purchase | You bought by mistake and haven't meaningfully used the paid features. |
| Accessibility | The product is genuinely unusable for you due to a technical or accessibility barrier we can't resolve. |
4 · What is non-refundable
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- The 7-day window has passed
- You have substantially used the paid features — for example, generated multiple detailed readings, run Muhurta Finder for several activities, or consumed a large share of your chat quota
- You're disputing the astrological accuracy of the readings (no astrological system, classical or computational, can guarantee future accuracy — see our Methodology page for the full transparency on this)
- Buyer's remorse after the window
- Partial refunds for the portion of a Monthly subscription already consumed
5 · How to request a refund
Email hello@oraclevedicastro.com from the email address tied to your account, with the following:
- Your order ID (from your Razorpay receipt)
- Your registered account email
- Your reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots if the issue is technical
6 · Processing timeline

7 · Cancellation of Monthly subscription
You can cancel your Monthly renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge — the current billing period remains active until its end date, and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion.
When Monthly expires (whether by cancellation or non-payment), your account automatically transitions to Premium-equivalent access. You keep your full past + 10-year forecast, domain deep-analysis, and chart tools. Only Today, Muhurta, Shield, and the monthly chat quota are paused until you renew.
8 · Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We cooperate fully with card networks and prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us first.
