1 · What Oracle Engine is
Oracle Engine is a computational Vedic astrology software application. It uses classical Jyotish formulas drawn from 17 scriptural texts to analyse birth charts and generate astrological readings. The readings are narrated by an AI language model using pre-computed engine data — the AI never invents chart positions, yogas, or dashas on its own.

Oracle Engine is for educational and personal exploration purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, psychological, or career advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on Oracle's readings. Always consult qualified professionals when the question is genuinely important.
3 · Accuracy disclaimer
Oracle is built on rigorous classical formulas and has been validated against documented historical events (see our Methodology page). But no astrological system — classical or computational — can guarantee the accuracy of future predictions. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the birth data you provide (date, time, place). Inaccurate birth data produces inaccurate readings. Garbage in, garbage out.
4 · Your account
You are responsible for the security of the email address used to sign in. Each account is tied to one set of birth details. You may not create accounts using false information, share accounts, or impersonate another person.
5 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Oracle Engine for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying computation engines
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit readings without written permission
- Submit automated requests (scraping, bots) without authorisation
- Attempt to inject malicious content, prompts, or scripts via input fields
6 · Intellectual property
Oracle Engine's software, computation engines, user interface, and generated reports are the intellectual property of Manas Goel. Classical Vedic texts referenced by the engines are in the public domain; the specific computational implementation is not.
7 · Payments & refunds
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.
8 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt abuse of our systems, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9 · Limitation of liability
Oracle Engine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
